FOCEAN Anti-Fatigue Boat Flooring – Non-Slip EVA Foam Marine Deck Pads

Immediate upgrade and helpful product for slip prevention. Was actually shocked how good it looks with a sea foam color boat! Easy to clean and no need for dealing with the bench seat cushion anymore. Super easy installation as well. I have been installing this product in my camper, top of my truck, and now a boat. Works for exterior surface grip or really cool internal insulation and protection for cargo hold, pantry and slideouts. Bet it would look great on a side by side, deck or even cooler lids! Depending on surfaces you have I've mainly just use 50% rubbing alcohol to prepare surfaces for adhesion. Research your location for installation and product on surface before using alcohol please.

This was my 1st time reflooring a boat and decided to go with Focean Eva Decking Solide Grey for the sides on my compartments and my trolling motor foot pedal. This material is very easy to work with as far as cutting them to size, sticky sticky adhesive and all of my rolls came in the same exact color with no issues of different shades etc. I recommend that once you cut it to size, take your time to lay it on the decking cause it's very sticky and you have 1 chance to get it right. Overall, happy with my boat and it's looking fresh! Will definitely buy again!

Overall, this works extremely well for what it is. I needed something for the bottom floor of my bass boat that wasn't carpet. The problem with this area in a bass boat is that it never seems to dry once it gets wet. It's too covered and low in the boat. I've heard a lot of good things about the EVA foam, so I gave this a try. Make sure you are using a brand-new blade to cut this and change it often! You can pull/rip the foam if you don't. The instructions state you can use spray adhesive if you want more adhesion. I opted for that route just because I didn't want to risk this coming up. The adhesive may have been enough on its own, I'm not sure.

I knocked off 1 star because as you can see in the picture, it has some lines that kind of run through it. I assume this is where it feeds through the machines that process it. Some of the lines are kind of deep and easy to see. Doesn't affect the product at all, just not cosmetically perfect. Still worth buying if you are in need of a similar product!

This is PERFECT for waterproofing your floor surface. I've put this to the absolute test and can confirm that water DOES NOT penetrate through this material, even after many hours of leaving the water on the surface of the flooring. The adhesion after peeling off the protective paper on the back, is quite exceptional and sticks hard and fast. To maximize the adhesion and make application easy I suggest that you unroll and weigh down the flooring when you first get it out of the box. Let it flatten out and loose most of its curl from being rolled up. Clean and dry and your floor surface very well and if the surface is glossy or slick, use some sand paper to add a slight texture to your floor if it has none. Measure and cut your boat flooring with a slight overlap, place it where you want it and slowly peel off the protective paper and press the flooring into place, one small section at a time. You do have some ability to reposition it after it's been applied, but try and reduce this as much as possible. If you take your time and get it placed correctly the first time, the adhesion will be much better over the long term. The more you peel it up and reposition it, the less sticky the back will be. The flooring cuts fairly easily with a sharp carpet knife and straight edge ruler. I used a pair of electric scissors or rolling blade cutter. In some small areas I used additional instant crazy glue just a small bead. If you have to lay the flooring to a large area and have seperate sections or seems that join together. Try and find a good clear rubber or foam adhesive that you can apply between the seems to seal them together so that you don't compromise the waterproofing protection that the flooring gives you. I had a "toilet explosion" and this flooring withstood all the water and sewage material and prevented any of it from seeping through to the original flooring below. It was ONLY at the seems that water was able to penetrate down below the boat flooring. So I'm very impressed with this material and highly recommend it.

This is the blue camo foam. I have installed many foams and this one really is High quality. It will last and not fade like others the way it is made. Feels like memory foam. This is some high-quality EVA Foam for your boats and skis. Make an ok boat look great and make a nice boat stay beautiful. If you need a non-slip feel good foam for boat or ski this is the one. I like it for my boat and for my skis. The price is really good for the quality you are getting here and the amount. See my video for a review.

This EVA decking material is actually incredible useful for more than just boat and marine applications. I have used this material on everything from lining the bottom of a dog trailer (towed behind a bicycle), to a an electronics workbench mat, and flooring on my kayak. This particular roll that I ordered was intended for my workbench. This particular brand/roll of material has modestly good adhesion. I did notice that this roll has some cosmetic issues. There are long streaks the entire length of the foam material (see photos). This is caused by the large rollers during manufacturing being dirty and cutting into the foam. It is cosmetically unpleasant, but does not effect the performance. If you are planning on using this on a boat, be aware that if you apply it to HDPE surfaces (i.e. a kayak, canoe, or starboard hatches), you will not get optimum adhesion. This material works best on fiberglass/gel coat surfaces. The way this foam material is professionally cut is with a CNC laser cutter. For do-it-yourself applications, the BEST way to cut this material is with a really large, long pair of fabric scissors. If you use a razor blade or dull scissors you'll have frayed edges. Exposure to heat from the sun will help activate the adhesive and increase bonding strength.

Good quality decking sheet. Easy to cut to area. Works as expected and I would recommend this product.

I really like all of the FOCEAN Boat Flooring EVA Foam Boat Decking Sheet Non-Slip Brushed Marine Flooring with self-adhesive. The material is strong yet soft on the feet. I can tell it is a durable material that should hold up.
You can use this in a boat, an RV, a car, and just about anywhere. I am using this cool blue camo pattern EVA foam as a non-slip flooring for a drum set in a home studio setting, and I could be happier with it. For me the self-adhesive is holding great as I would expect. The camo pattern hides shoe scuffs and dust until it can be wiped down - it cleans up pretty easily and being water proof you don't have to worry about it getting wet. The material is about a 1/4 inch thick.
It doesn't absorb water, it is UV protected (mine is not in the sun so I can't confirm that), and it is easy to trim if you need to cut it to fit your boat/RV/studio - whatever.
This stuff is great, they have so many different colors and patterns to pick from your sure to find one that will compliment whatever you're installing it in. The only downside, and the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars, is the price. This stuff is a bit spendy. But if the price is in your budget, I recommend FOCEAN Boat Flooring EVA Foam

I do wish that the size was slightly bigger, as I would have loved more coverage. However, despite its dimensions, this boat flooring still offers sufficient space to enhance the overall look and feel for my needs. I got this for my husbands boat as he’s been remodeling it and wanted some good foam to put down in it. It appears to be very durable and well made. It is thick, great quality, and waterproof. It was very easy to install. It sticks well and stays. It’s easy to cut but yet strong enough to hold up on a boat. The blue camouflage pattern is nice and will look lovely on this boat once it’s completely finished. It definitely adds a nice look to it and sets it apart from other boats. We will be getting more rolls of this to complete his fishing boat and once it’s completed I will add additional photos.
I feel the price is worth the amount you get for such a quality product. I would recommend and will be purchasing more.

I'm obsessed with this boat flooring; I love teak and this stuff was perfect for my aged kitchen flooring. I'm a renter and love decorating my home this stuff is removable which is a renters dream. It's easy to clean but just as easy to make dirty. I love how nothing sticks or stains. Amazing.

I am pleasantly surprised how nice this boat deck flooring pad is. You don't get a sense of the look by the ad pictures. I can't talk on the durability or the self stick yet, but it looks really nice. I am going to use it in my garage. Good cushion to it. I would not back out from buying this due to the texture because it's nice.

I have worked with similar in the past on boat flooring. Most are unforgiving to show marks, blood etc. for this particular I used it for a floor in a van and due to random earthy tones, it’s very forgiving to traffic, the adhesive is too rare and cuts easy, I had a couple areas where I had some installation issues.. (my error). Was quite easy to graft in a section to fix and honestly can only find the repair because I know where to look, I will use this again. The reason to use it was it’s so easy on the knees in the small van, vs the hard flooring it had,

Installed on interior high traffic area of a boat, still holding very well after several month. Ordered two rolls and the color was a little off between the two. Very easy to work and install.

This will be installed over a plywood subfloor in a bathroom. It's appropriately thick and cushioned, with channels to drain away water. What I've used so far is fine, but the adhesive itself will not keep the edges from curling.
