Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy for retail goods and non-custom products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return To start a return, you must contact us at service@foceanshop.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that you must ship the item back to us within 14 days of submitting your return request. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to FOCEAN's error (e.g., you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and cover all return shipping costs (Free Returns).

If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer need the product), you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for personal returns.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (such as your bank account) within 15 business days after FOCEAN receives the returned product.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we received and approved your return, please contact us at service@foceanshop.com.
