Shipping policy

At FOCEAN, we value every single customer, and customer satisfaction is always our top priority. We are trying our best to speed up the process to make your package arrive as soon as possible. Your patience is highly appreciated, and we thank you for your understanding.

We provide local UPS, USPS, FedEx, Amazon or DHL shipping services. No tax needed. Please check the shipping area below. We may not deliver to certain places or may require extra shipping fees.

COSTS & DESTINATIONS Currently, we only provide FREE shipping to the lower 48 states in the United States.

We strive to deliver our products to as many locations as possible. Please note our specific policies for the following regions:

  • Alaska (AK): We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $350. For orders under $350, standard shipping rates will apply at checkout.

  • Non-Contiguous Regions: Currently, we do not provide standard delivery to the following areas:

    • Hawaii (HI), Puerto Rico (PR), Guam (GU), American Samoa (AS), U.S. Virgin Islands (VI), and Northern Mariana Islands (MP).

      Special Requests? If you are located in the regions listed above and would like to arrange a special shipment, please contact our support team at service@foceanshop.com. We will do our best to provide a custom shipping quote based on your needs.

SHIPPING TIME

  • In-stock orders: Typically ship within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please allow 2-8 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address.

  • Pre-orders: Please refer to the shipping date indicated on the product page.

A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once the order has shipped. Business days: Monday-Friday (excluding holidays and weekends), based on the Eastern Time Zone (GMT-5).

SHIPPING CHANGES & FEES

  • NO CHARGE: For changing the address BEFORE we provide you with the tracking number.

  • $20 WILL BE CHARGED: When the in-transit logistics information shows that the address change was successful via the courier (e.g., FedEx).

  • $80 WILL BE CHARGED: To cancel the order after the package has already shipped.

  • $80 WILL BE CHARGED: If the customer does not accept the package or the package is undeliverable.

  • $80 WILL BE CHARGED: If the package has already been successfully delivered to the original address provided.

ORDER TRACKING You can track your order and shipping information if you have registered an account on foceanshop.com. If you haven't registered on our site, you can still track your order on our tracking page using your order number. For more shipping information, send an email to service@foceanshop.com. We will respond to you within 24 hours.

Please note: If your order includes other accessories, they may be shipped separately.

KINDLY NOTES:

  1. Customs & Holidays: Shipping times can be affected by variable customs clearance times or public holidays. If you have not received your package based on the above estimates, please kindly contact us for help. Manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations during public holidays; unfortunately, this is outside of our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.

  2. Tracking Updates: It can take a few days after order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information has not yet appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.

  3. Estimated Times: All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from past data collected from previous orders. They are approximate times for reference only.

  4. Liability: Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to the actions or inactions of FedEx, USPS, UPS, Amazon, DHL, or any other parcel service.

  5. Return Shipping Costs: If the return is caused by our error (such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item), FOCEAN will provide a prepaid return shipping label and cover the return shipping fee. However, if the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong product), you will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for personal returns. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you are attempting to return.
