Custom Boat Flooring Process
Step 1
If you have design file
Please send over your design file to us, then we can produce this boat flooring for you based on your design.
Step 2
If you don't have design file
Please provide your boat brand and year so we can check if we have a matching template.
Step 3
If we dont have template for you
We suggest asking a professional to help you scan your boat so you can obtain a DXF/DWG file of it. Once the scan is completed, please send us the file and we will start production.
Step 4
Or make a paper template by yourself
If you are unable to find someone to scan your boat, we recommend making a paper template yourself. Once you’ve finished the template, please mail it to us so we can proceed.
Step 5
Design Layout Confirmation
The dimensions, thickness, color scheme, and patterns of the product will be customized specifically for your vessel and subject to your final confirmation prior to the placement of a formal order. Based on this customized design, dimensions, and specifications, we will determine the final transaction amount and generate an order for you. By purchasing this item, you acknowledge that all details contained within the final design drawings and quotation are accurate and authorize us to formally commence production based thereon.
Step 6
Final Production and Shipment
We will finalize the design and confirm all details with you before production. A final proof will be sent to you for approval first.
After confirming the details, we will start production and share photos and a video for your approval. We will then ship via UPS/FedEx, and you will install the flooring yourself.
